When an Assistant user tried to access the Manager's email, she got the following error.
"Cannot display the folder. Microsoft Office Outlook cannot access the specified folder location. The operation failed. An object cannot be found"
The solution provided here is based on the following setup. Using MS Outlook 2010 for email client.Using Office 365 online services for email.Manager is allowing Assistant access to his email, calendar, notes, etc.Scenario. Manager (user 1) assigning permission to Assistant (user 2) to delegate some tasks e.g. reading/sending emails, calendar scheduling, etc. so the Assistant can read/send on his behalf, manage the calendar to schedule or respond to a meeting request, update contact and other delegation assign to the Assistant.
